Integrity - above and beyond I bought my wife a Chrysler Van with about 100,000 miles on it in May 2017. Johnson had clearly gone over the vehicle and gave us 4 pages of things they had identified and done on it, from wipers to brakes, alignment, all filters, oil. The car was clean. A couple of days later, we found about a $500 mistake on the invoice after paying cash. We called and explained and they sent us a check without any argument (didn't expect that). Even later yet, they repaired something with the brakes for us that they totally would not have had to take responsibility for. Robert Toscano, reconditioning director, took total responsibility for getting this right, worked us into a really busy schedule, and handled it. I drew the line when he also wanted to return the car to me 35 miles across Denver at their expense. Next time I need a car, I will start at Johnson, and hope they have what I need. Much gratitude for going above and beyond on this "as is" used car. More

BAD BAD BAD service department Quoted me approximately $2,500.00 to repair my sons 95 Blazer with 56,000 original miles. They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break Quoted me approximately $2,500.00 to repair my sons 95 Blazer with 56,000 original miles. They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break job. We took the truck to another mechanic and had the problem fixed with a $35 set of plug wires and a basic break job. Watch out for this service department. We've had several other "suspect" dealings with this dealership but we finally had enough and got a second opinion. Feel free to contact me at 720-281-9572. Above and Beyond I had a flat tire in front of the dealership with my motor home while driving from Iowa to Boulder. It was close to closing time but they found a tire I had a flat tire in front of the dealership with my motor home while driving from Iowa to Boulder. It was close to closing time but they found a tire and replaced it. I preceded toward my destination but had 2(dulies) more flat tires in Boulder. It was about 7 pm.but was able to reach Johnsons and they sent two employees the next morning to remove the 2 tires, take them to a tire dealer in Boulder, remount the new tires, return to the motor home and mount the new tires and make sure I was on my way. Mark at the dealership and the 2 employees were friendly and professional in all their dealings. They paid for their first tire they put on that blew and sent me a timely check to replace the polished steel wheel liner that was lost when the tires blew in Boulder. I have never felt a need to review anyone before, but I knew this experience needed to be recorded. I am 71 and glad I lived long enough to experience this outstanding service. Thank you!
