Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! I would give you one star but the girl at the desk was nice to my daughter. We Found a F150 online and called the dealership and spoke to a salesman I would give you one star but the girl at the desk was nice to my daughter. We Found a F150 online and called the dealership and spoke to a salesman and was given a price to tell the bank, salesman said they would pull the truck from the other lot and bring it to JCF. Gave everything to the bank loan was approved and everything was a go, called the dealership and was told they sold the truck. So me and my wife went to the dealership and looked at another after they sold that one out from under me, we looked at the other truck and told the salesman we were working with a bank and needed a deal sheet to give to them. Salesman said they could do that in house and sent two applications on the same truck. Not to mention I already had one in for the other truck so now to the bank it looks like two trucks and three loans, so they also send out for other banks now our credit is pulled 6 more times. Salesman calls and stated the bank denied us bring the truck back they had a buyer however I called the bank which they said they hadn’t submitted for the 2nd truck yet until the mess the dealer created was cleared up, called the Sales manager and was told to hang on to the truck, next day same thing waiting on the bank and get a text so and so talked to the bank and your not approved bring the truck back I have a buyer waiting. I won’t lie I’m mad, I’ve not heard a word from the bank and I’ve had one truck sold out from under us and looks like another is going to be the same way! I messaged back and told the salesman that the bank hasn’t even called me and told me anything way or another. I get another message that says keep the truck overnight bring it back tomorrow after your bank calls…. So wait you want the truck now but just wait? Seriously!! I took the truck back before closing, left the keys inside with a person at the desk and walked out. This place is a BBB nightmare, calling in favors to get loans approved, undercutting buyers, and lies through there teeth to get a sale! I will never grace JCF again with my auto needs!! I would say that I can’t believe a dealership would act like this but WOW it happened to me! Honestly this buying experience has just about ruined me from buying anything local!!! More

Yesterday was a real xxxx OFF so as yall seen we had financed a 2015 Ford F-150 Rusty and I are so pissed, we were lied to and a lot more. There were a lot of red flags and it was already really sketchy financed a 2015 Ford F-150 Rusty and I are so pissed, we were lied to and a lot more. There were a lot of red flags and it was already really sketchy whenever we 1st went The truck that we wanted to look at was a remote start we wanted to hear the truck with the key in to listen to the engine no the sales man would not let us use the key to start the truck That was our 1st red flag, second truck we looked at was also a remote start as well same thing with the first one but we was able to start with a key, well that was good but the truck had a miss in the engine, I made the comment that it sounded like there's something wrong with truck and sales man said it's just where it's cold it was not cold that morning, So we looked at the next truck and it was a 2015 Ford F-150 Very nice we liked it, When we got to start it up it sounded really good the no problems with it was just traded in Maybe 2 days ago at the time, Well we questioned a lot of things and what was ignore with our questions, on how much and test driving. One of the parts that got me is I just recently purchased a new car from a different dealer, In the dealer at the Ford place was like oh you're gonna try to trad this in for the truck, we said no I do not this is my brand new car I'm not trading 3 or 4 times The 1st time should have been enough when saying no, So the 3rd big red flag was that we were not allowed to test drive any of the trucks UNTILL WE WERE APROVED. Well we got a proved for the 2015 F150, We filled out the paperwork and everything everything went well done that with the gentleman who's in the office and today October 7th, 2022 We get a phone call telling us the bank that we was approved to declined the financing but financing and yet we'd sign all the papers for the approved paper was not and we are told by that the only way we can keep the truck as if we had another co sighner or $3500, We are very disappointed with Johnson City Ford And with everything that happened all we got was well we're sorry, sorry don't cut the fact that we had the truck for almost a solid week Our families had fallen in love with the truck and everything and this was a big smack to face, So if you're looking for a vehicle please do not shop at Johnson City Ford they will scew you over. More

If you have all kinds of time on your hands you may be in luck. It only takes 2-3 hours for an oil change if you already have an appointment. If they tell you it will take an hour or two for other jobs look luck. It only takes 2-3 hours for an oil change if you already have an appointment. Do not plan on them kepping their word on the warranty all they have to do is find 1 thing they say you were supposed to do that you did not know because it was not in contract you have no warranty More
