Service is good as long you question the bill We pulled into service area for a question about an "engine light" being on and check coolant. We were told our coolant needed to be flushed. We were We pulled into service area for a question about an "engine light" being on and check coolant. We were told our coolant needed to be flushed. We were told to leave our truck so they could check out the engine light issue. We did get a free loaner. We received a call later that we needed the EGR cooler core and the price would be well over $1.000 and it was not under warranty. This was not news we expected so I asked if we could just "FLUSH" the coolant. We were told not to do a flush at this time because when the EGR gets replaced it will have to be FLUSHED again. In the end the part was covered by the warranty. However, when we picked it up we were presented with a bill for $458.69 for FLUSHING. When we questioned the FLUSHING. we were told when they replace the EGR they drain the coolant and put the old coolant back in or if its bad they just top it off. I really don't think this post will be put up. Regardless I hope you enjoy the $458.68 because I will NEVER RETURN More
