Dutch responded

If in fact Covid cleaning is being done it certainly was not done on our vehicle either time they brought it to us. I’m now waiting for the parts to be ordered and to be called for a scheduled appointment to have them replaced. And to insinuate that we caused the damage to the undercarriage is bizarre when you consider all the trash the engine cover scraped up off the road and threw out from under the car. None of this would have happened if they had towed it back to their service dept.
