ON February 29th I had honor of working with 3 top notch gentleman at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh Todd Eyl, Craig Maxa, Dashiel Boye. These three gentleman are the true embodiment of what customer service and car buying should be like. I visited the lot with my mother on 02/29 who was actively car shopping, I was just along for the ride after getting off work. To me that is one of the most important things to me is my time and the other is how you speak to me and if you can actively listen. I have to say these gentlemen did not disappoint. I like my mother stated in her review "The moment we walked on the Johnson Lexus grounds”, we were treated with respect and friendly vibes and energy was felt all around from greeting with Todd to the Pre-closing conversation with Craig to the closing and signing with Dashiell. My time wasn't was not wasted, I was spoken to like a person and not just another sale. My interaction felt like it was tailor made, costumed to me. My time there, I can say was a highly personable experience and 1000% genuine, not like other places I had shopped recently. Where the sales person seem to be on auto pilot. Where the interaction seemed generic, lame, lingo driven with comments and bad jokes a while trying to handle multiple customers at one time leaving me most of the time walking around or sitting around waiting. The Johnson Lexus team members I dealt with, were definitely not dry, generic or cold. They have life, personality and they listen and for that, I am most appreciative. They handled and treated me and most definitely my mother with top level service and respect and made sure we both had a great no an outstanding experiences. They didn't just try to put her or myself into a car or try to point "US" in a direction we weren't wanting to go just to make a sale. They listened, heard and produced our desires and wants and needs into a vehicles we absolutely love and were looking for. I am happy my mother called me and told me to come back because these gentlemen truly are and were a god sent for because I did really need a car but wasn’t actively looking because I wasn’t sure if I could even get one with what I had to. Now I am a happy and proud owner of a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee” which I absolutely love it”.
