The waiting room where one spends time waiting for the car to be serviced could be more welcoming. Better and plentiful snacks and water plus a TV with Subaru information would be so much nicer for the cu car to be serviced could be more welcoming. I go to a Subaru dealership in TX that has a fridge with water and an assortment of plentiful snacks and a TV with Subaru info.and ads. The waiting area needs a makeover. More
Bad experience at. service department. Went to their express auto service for oil change which is advertised hours are 7:30 to 5:00 pm. Got there at 3:40 only to be tur service department. Went to their express auto service for oil change which is advertised hours are 7:30 to 5:00 pm. Got there at 3:40 only to be turned away because there cut off is 3:30 pm. A good busniness person would advertise this so called cut off just list an hour of my life, thanks Johnstons perhaps you should model yourself after Ramsey Subaru with there stellar customer care. This only reminded me why I don’t do business with Johnston's they stiffed me in a loaner car for recall work in the past. Go to Ramsey worth the ride they appreciate their customers and don’t leave them out to dry. More

This is the 2nd Subaru I have bought from Johnstons. Steve Bandoronic is the reason I went back to them. He showed us the model we needed-easy in and out-plus did all the explaining about the features Steve Bandoronic is the reason I went back to them.
