He did and we drove away in a new 4 Runner. As always the process of purchase, from financing to vehicle exchange was pleasant and efficient. Our time was never wasted waiting. I knew exactly which vehicle (Tacoma) I was interested in and the entire experience (expectations) was extremely well managed by Tom from beginning to end. I originally was told to speak with Drew, who also was involved in the success (and ultimate satisfaction) of the transaction.
