Quick and Easy I contacted Johnston's Toyota via Truecar and the whole car buying experience was relatively quick and easy. Johnston's (i.e., Debbie Daidone)contac I contacted Johnston's Toyota via Truecar and the whole car buying experience was relatively quick and easy. Johnston's (i.e., Debbie Daidone)contacted me by E-mail (my preference) to set up a test drive and schedule an appointment with a sales representative. When I arrived at the dealership the car was actually on the showroom floor, but it was quickly moved outside for my test drive. John Illanovsky, my sales representative, was waiting for me and quickly processed the paperwork needed for the test drive. While I drove the car my old car was appraised, and when returned to the dealership we discussed price. The Truecar price was a good starting point, and we negotiated a deal in short order. Since I don't work in the area we took care of the financing, insurance and registration over the phone and internet. When I arrived to pick up the car all I had to do was sign the paper work and drive home. All in all I was very happy with the service and convenience at Johnston's Toyota. I will certainly come back in the future when my family needs another car. More

Don Winner approached us and asked if we had specific questions and showed us where he sits should we have questions. After looking around for a bit, we decided to approach Don and asked him to have our current van appraised. He showed us their large inventory of vehicles until we found the perfect one for our family. We then sat down and he highlighted several finance options including one that I wouldn't have even considered but ultimately chose. Don came across as knowledgeable, honest, and professional. We always felt like we were in control of the transaction and never felt like we were pressured in any way.
