The Best of the Best I contacted Johnstons Toyota simply because of the staff. I had been in 2 other locations. This was the first location where I did not feel into being I contacted Johnstons Toyota simply because of the staff. I had been in 2 other locations. This was the first location where I did not feel into being pushed to buy a vehicle. I have never had a good experience in buying a car. Everytime I would be told by the sales rep the price, would show me a vehicle that only would half fit my needs and then when was put in front of the financial rep that had all these additional fees tacked on. Worked with Don Winner (aces in my book) showed me exactly what I was looking for. Told me how to figure what I would be spending.Was able to test drive the vehicle at my leisure. What I was most impressed with is straight talk,,, NO BULL,,, He delivered on his word what was available and how the transaction was going to work. Then to getting with the Financial dept. There where no hidden fees. Straight up what was said is what came through in the final transaction. I will now be going to Johnstons Toyota for any further transactions. I had to travel to upstate NY for an audition and with no troubles handle the road and my equipment with the best security. Above and Beyond I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Johnson Toyota and have never been disappointed. However, I was beyond appreciative and inspired by the servi I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Johnson Toyota and have never been disappointed. However, I was beyond appreciative and inspired by the service they provided this past week. We came in Thursday to trade in my vehicle to then use the trade in amount to put down money on a lease for myself and purchase a used vehicle for my daughter so she could safely travel back and forth to college in VT. Steve Johnson, who always treats us like family, was amazingly helpful and ensured we both got a great deal, Steve Valentin, whom I have worked with all 3 times, went above and beyond to get the financing secured and clearly explain things to us both, and Andy took the extra time to help us find exactly what we needed. You would think that this would be enough, but they did even more. The day of our trade in we had a car accident. I dreaded making that phone call but not only were they understanding but Steve Johnson took the time to call personally, check on us and assure us that they would work with us. Sure enough when we came back Saturday to take care of things we were treated wonderfully and got a great deal. I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. Carmello even took time out of his busy schedule to help tutor my daughter in how to set up her phone system. Thank you for your time, patience and compassion during an extremely anxious time.
