When I told the Johnstons online salesperson I was putting my decision on hold she said fine and did not bother me. When I was ready she put me in touch with Kelvin in sales and he made convenient appt., allowed me a good test drive and was very knowledgeable re: car. Minor after sale issue was quickly managed by Kelvin and I am the happy owner of a new car. More

All NJ Toyota dealers are nasty as if they are selling you gold.....these folks understand the competitive environment that we live in......and are willing to compete to get your business and that is a win win to the customer. Hybrid Rav 4 XLE I went to the dealership to price a new Rav 4 XLE ( this would be my 4th Rav 4) due to the mileage on my current vehicle. I was surprised when Don rec I went to the dealership to price a new Rav 4 XLE ( this would be my 4th Rav 4) due to the mileage on my current vehicle. I was surprised when Don recommended the hybrid model at such a reasonable price. I received a fair trade in allowance from my current Rav 4 XLE . Lynn Desmond in finance was wonderful to work with. I picked up the car 3 days later ( my choice of day and time) Don went over all the features in the vehicle and assisted me in setting up the Bluetooth and safety package. More
