We have been a customer with them since 2002 purchasing numerous used vehicles (over 10) and I cannot say enough good things about them. All of the people we have chosen above I have dealt with in one fas numerous used vehicles (over 10) and I cannot say enough good things about them. All of the people we have chosen above I have dealt with in one fashion or another, but every single one of them have been nothing short of professionalism and courtesy. Karen Desmond has primarily been our sales person. Kelvin has done back-up when Karen is off and Steve Jardine has also chipped in one time when I had a problem and I disagreed with a trade in value. Steve made everything right with the next almost new car that was most recently purchased in October of 2013. Folks, this is how it's done. Johnston's will do everything they can to make sure you are happy. They indeed take care of their loyal customers and want to make sure you leave them with a car that will not only fit your budget, but will benefit you in the long run. With the amount of driving we do, we now need very low mileage cars (under 15K). I guarantee you that this is a stress free environment. The service department is wonderful, alerting you to potential future maintenance expenses that are coming up. No pressure to have anything done right away unless it's a safety issue and even then, a loaner will be readily available for you 98% of the time. We won't be shopping anywhere else from now on. I am so extreamly grateful to these two gentlemen for thier help and guidence through this very difficult process. I had no idea that buying a car would be so involed and confusing. The recent experience of buying a used Scion Xa at Johnston's was painless. Jamie Murcia, a long-time Sales Consultant with the dealership, was low-key in manner, helpful and informative, and diligent Johnston's was painless. We may have tired his patience at times, but he was always cool, calm and collected. We were satisfied that the price paid was fair and information accurate. He provided us with Carfax, as well as comparable sales info during the negotiations. We were already convinced that the car was a good deal, but the experience at Johnston's will make us return customers. PS: We are really liking the car a lot too. More

In my most recent purchase, I dealt with Jamie, and found him to be most pleasant and accommodating. He worked with me to get the right car for my needs at a great price. While waiting for financing to come through, he followed up with phone calls, and when it came time to pick up the car, he spent time with me going over all the details of the car. He even set up the bluetooth device for me. When I expressed that the mats weren't the color I chose, he replaced them for me on the spot.He didn't let me leave until all my questions were answered and I was completely satisfied. He made the whole experience a pleasurable one. More
