On the day of delivery, Brandon & Dan had taken care of everything on my list, assured again that I didn't to buy it if I didn't like it. I had a great buying experience at Johnson's Toyota. I would drive 2hrs again, recommend friends and family when buy another vehicle to consider Johnson's First. The sales department was great, very transparent and honest. My wife and I purchased two vehicles, a highlander hybrid and a 4Runner. The problems we faced were post purchase. In my case it was minor unfortunately the front license plate holder was not installed, in a state that requires front and back plates, and I have not had a chance to get them installed (hopefully) by the dealership. However In my wife’s case, it is the 8th of December, and her temporary tags for the highlander that she purchased mid October expired on the 10th of November. We have tried contacting the dealership to see if we can get put in touch with their license plate service (my wife is a Texas State resident), but unfortunately we have just been told to wait. Long story short friendly sales department, but once out the door-good luck. More
