I had come into the dealership looking to replace a car that was deemed a lemon (not a Toyota). I was not expecting to have to purchase a vehicle so soon as the other car was only purchased a year ago. that was deemed a lemon (not a Toyota). I explained to Brian Ruperti my situation and that I was working with an attorney on my current car and he assured me that they would find me the car I wanted and would wait out the process with me as I knew it could take weeks to resolve. He helped me realize I wanted a xse v6 Camry white/black combo with the red leather interior as it had the features I was looking for. They didn't currently have any on the lot but they did have a v6 xle that I was able to test drive to assist in making my decision. Brian was able to locate a v6 xse for me and kept me updated on the status. I found it a pleasure to work with Brian as he was very honest and didn't pressure me in any way. He made me feel very comfortable through the entire process. The car is more than I had hoped for and he made sure it was what I wanted and that I was happy with the purchase. I also worked with Danny Aurora on the finance side and he was also a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about my experience as in the past car buying was a hassle for me and felt so overwhelming but not with Johnston's Toyota. I would recommend you work with Brian and Danny if you are looking to purchase. More

I knew what I wanted to pay and I understand that everyone works for commission. However I didn’t like that I had to pay additional payment for my car. As a single parent I budget my money. Adding an extra payment to the month of September was rough. But by this point I just wanted to finish the process and go home. Didn’t realize with the bi weekly payment plan he suggested would do that and plus there was a fee to the compnay for doing it. More
