Recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 limited. I have to say, the young man had a lot of good reviews and he did live up to them. Brian quoted me the MSRP and I advised him the TrueCar suggested price. not only did Brian honor it, he gave us a lower price. I've purchased several cars and it has always been a hassle, going back and forth and walking out. I hated every experience. I figured when purchasing a car, you just have to be prepared for it, unfortunately. This time around, it was a smooth experience, completely HASSLE free, as it should be. I will always advise customers to do their research and due diligence. I give Johnston Toyota credit for having an employee that cares for their customers, like Brian, good man.
