No pressure and excellent experience I just purchased a vehicle that I seen advertised on the dealership website. I made an appointment to look at the vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealer I just purchased a vehicle that I seen advertised on the dealership website. I made an appointment to look at the vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Marc Binford. We looked at the vehicle together and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. We sat in his office and I feel I was given the best possible deal with no pressure from anyone. The finance manager was also great to deal with. I picked up the vehicle the next day right on the scheduled time. Everything was complete and accurate. The entire transaction between the two days lasted about three hours. I called Marc with an additional question the next day and he once again had my answer. I was also impressed with the employees wearing masks and cleaning the work areas. I will be returning to the dealership when my other vehicles lease is ending. A very pleasant experience. More

difficult but service coordinator was very nice I have purchased and had my vehicles serviced by J. Toyota for some time. In fact I am hoping to $ a replacement truck soon. Very bad experience. I bought a car from them over the phone on Friday and scheduled to come pick it up on Monday, when I came back on Monday they SOLD the car on Saturday to someone else.
