My wife, spent some time on her Tablet in the comfort of the waiting room and commented on a staff member, who checked on the coffee area, to be sure it was in need of anything, as he passed by, cleaning this area. Routine oil change Just hate that waiting room! Also I had a routine oil change and tire rotation. Next day my tire pressure light came on and all four tires needed air! Just hate that waiting room! Not a good place for servicing you car This dealership is a great place to purchase a car however their service department is the not greatest. They don't always check everything even thoug This dealership is a great place to purchase a car however their service department is the not greatest. They don't always check everything even though they say they do. My husband and I have to check the car before we leave to make sure everything was done. Sometimes the fluids are not topped off. We also mark our tires to make sure that they were actually rotated. So far so good on the tires. We also change our own filters and they also never reset the maintenance light. More

I was told my cabin filter was “excessively dirty”, little did they know I changed it 2 weeks prior to bringing my car in. They obviously never even checked it. Even worse, I dropped my wife’s car off little did they know I changed it 2 weeks prior to bringing my car in. They obviously never even checked it. Even worse, I dropped my wife’s car off for routine maintenance and a tire rotation (tps light was on as well), they quoted her $400 and told her she needed 2 new sensors. I later found out the light was doing it’s job and that she had been driving on a flat tire and never knew because she has “runflats”. I was fit to be tied when I saw the tire!!! Two car seats in the vehicle and they put it back on the road like that, I’m actually contemplating legal action, this is absolutely unacceptable! Thankfully my wife and children are safe but they lost a loyal customer and I hope they lose more after people read this. More
