I was lucky enough to meet with Gabby Ward who listened to all I wanted, made some suggestions, took me for a test drive, and explained options for purchase. From beginning to end there was no push or pressure. I HATE the process of leasing or buying a car but this was exceptionally different. I said what I could do, she gave me options. We were shaking hands less than an hour after I walked in and I couldn't be happier. Gabby should be your go-to if interested in buying a car. David Velez was as great with his patience and explanation of all paperwork, which he and Gabby expedited to get me going. I had been a 20 year devotee to Mitsubishi but left because of customer service, I think I've found a new home.
