Amazing dealership, sales and finance department! Along with Toyota's great reputation for vehicles you need to add (at least at Johnston's Toyota) a great sales team. They were attentive, patient, caring, friendly, educational and most of all, helpful in getting the best deal ever! No Pressure Shopping - Hooray! Our salesman, Marc Binford, was extremely helpful, patient, and "not pushy"! He was very kind to us and our son. He took his time answering our questi Our salesman, Marc Binford, was extremely helpful, patient, and "not pushy"! He was very kind to us and our son. He took his time answering our questions and finding out if he wasn't sure. We scheduled with Marc to assist us with a few of the things that we were unable to figure out. He was more than willing to sit in our special edition Siena Van and help us "work out the kinks" and get us "up and running". Unfortunately, as Marc was assisting us, he received several phone calls from staff in the dealership, wanting him to return inside. He informed the caller every time that he was assisting us (scheduled to do so!), yet one of the supervisors even came outside and stood there - REALLY!!!! I was made to feel badly that Marc was assisting us - here again - REALLY? We spent a lot of money on this vehicle and deserved to be respected! Marc was made to go inside and send someone else out, who we did not know. It appears that you are very important and respected by the higher-ups until you "sign on the dotted line" and then you are forgotten and not even acknowledged when you return. So sad! Thank you to Marc, the service department associates, and the office staff for continually respecting us every time that we enter the dealership. More
