He is very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He always keeps me informed as to how long the service call will take. When something unexpected comes up, he lets me know quickly and explains everything thoroughly so that I can make an informed decision. I have a Toyota dealership much closer to me but the service I receive here is so excellent, that I feel it’s worth the 40 minute drive. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. More

The disservice department realizing that the car had a bad AC relay; charged my daughter $199.93 to replace the relay. A service that takes a minute to complete. $149 was for labor. Be warned, stay away; they take advantage of young women. More
