Service and Sales Your service department is not good except for Natalie Cillis. I received a new battery for my Tacoma that was filthy, full of mud and dirt. My mother can be easily overwhelmed so I have never known her to make a quick decision on a large purchase in my life. My questions and concerns prior to the acquisition of the lease were addressed in a very timely manner. The vehicle was delivered in perfectly clean condition in a delivery area that was out of the elements. I have also purchased a Certified used Camry from Johnston’s Toyota in the past and could not have been happier. I have dealt with Blair in service for the Camry and will continue to do so with the Tundra. I am looking forward to doing business with Danny and Johnston’s again when it is time to lease another Tundra. More
