Since I can't seem to edit this. Anything I said negetive about the Johnston Toyota Dealership I retract . Toyota However putting entunes in Toyota has made me very anti Toyota after having only buying Toyota's for many years @30yrs in fact I drive along distance to buy Toyota's from Johnstons Toyota they are by far the best I have ever dealt with I beat them up in my original post as I continue to have to deal with the Entunes information system that they have since abandoned. The CEO of Toyota should be fired for putting this extremely inferior i nfotainment system in the Toyota Brand. I have a case open with Toyota US and will continue to beat on them until they either fix entunyin my car or refund me for the cost of Entunes. Johnstons Toyota has prior to my writing this and still continue store do what they can to help me have it work better. They own no blame. Toyota however failed to follow the Toyota way and put an extremely inferior system in there car's.... I do hope that Toyota looses enough business over this that the board removes the CEO and any upper level exec's that supported releasing vehicles that are the most reliable and equping them with Entunes. I'm guessing this is at least a 5k extra charge on my 2018 Camry SE. They now equip Toyota's with Auto Android and CarPlay ... Many other brands did this from day one. Toyota exec's instead choose to equip Toyota's with Entunes lwhich was an undertested or untested inferior product inferior product is really an understatement. Entunes is junk an discrazes the Toyota and Lexus brands.....Evey though new Toyota's have been been upgraded that is the new ones have. I will likely no longer rave about them being being the standard of excellence. I Suggest the entire executive Toyota team read the Toyota book detailing a bullet proof process for manufacturing top quality since Entunes isn't even close to how to bring an excellent product to market.. However Johnston Toyota is not in control of Entunes and can only emplement fix's as provided by Toyota the Dealership is excellent in every way. An has only treated me with excellent and Professionalism . ... They are a drive for me but it's worth it when you receive the Excellence they provide...,.
