After some preliminary queries regarding preferred model we were escorted outside to a beautiful red Rav4 with the features that we felt we important. My wife sat behind the wheel and off we went. While the drive was brief it was long enough for us to be impressed with the smooth operation. I also had the opportunity to very briefly test drive. We knew that this model was what we sought in a new vehicle and began the purchase process. Davlid Velez, Finance supervisor took over and continued with the financial aspect. Like Danny, David was extremely thorough, personable, friendly, positive and honest in his presentation of options. The purchase process was smooth and complete. Two days later we returned to complete financial details and to drive our new car home. While there was a bit of a delay due to the installation of a much needed trailer hitch, we opted for my wife to drive home and I would wait for the final assembly and details. Staff were extremely courteous, providing me with regular updates of progress and I was offered breakfast as well. I believe staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs while preparing the car for inspection and delivery. More
