I highly respected the team spirit and appreciated immensely Aaron's seriousness and professionalism in not answering the one or two questions that he wasn't certain about. Aaron was patient and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and helped me get the car I liked even when I changed my mind about the one I initially selected. He helped me select the other one and I'm glad I ended up upgrading from the LE to the XLE. I've dealt with other dealers in the last week and my initial experience with Aaron a week before made me come back and give him my business due to his honest demeanor and professionalism in contrast with some of the other dealers I dealt with. John in finance was just as professional and courteous as Aaron was. I felt appreciated and respected in every way due to the honesty of the team I dealt with. Aaron and John explained everything relating to purchase patiently and when I drove away with my new car I just I couldn't have been any happier.
