Professional and respectful Was interested in a used car here, the internet sales woman Pattie King responded promptly to my inquires set up a time to come in. Showed up later Was interested in a used car here, the internet sales woman Pattie King responded promptly to my inquires set up a time to come in. Showed up later than anticipated before closing but was met with a Smile at the door by the used car sales manager Ken. My salesman Don brought the car up let my wife and I inspect and drive then down to business where Ken offered a very reasonable deal on my daily driver as a trade we accepted finance was a breeze everything was explained thoroughly but quickly which is good when you have young kids waiting. The facilities here are immaculate and so was the service provided by Don on handling everything. Easily the quickest and most seamless transaction at a dealer. Know I understand why they sell so many cars. More

Great experience throughout the process I met Brian several months ago when I first started looking for a new RAV4 hybrid. He took a lot of time to make sure I knew all about the car, even t I met Brian several months ago when I first started looking for a new RAV4 hybrid. He took a lot of time to make sure I knew all about the car, even though I made it clear that I wasn’t ready to buy yet. He stayed in contact intermittently, but never badgered me about when I was coming back. Once I was ready we were able to work out a price and and trade in offer that I was quite happy with. Throughout the process Brian was always professional and courteous, and I felt I was treated honestly and fairly. He made every effort to make sure both me and my wife were informed and satisfied every step of the way. Daniel was also thorough and efficient when helping us with the financing and paperwork. Although he went over all the options for extra protections for the car, he did not badger us into purchasing anything we didn’t really need or want. I will definitely contact them again when I’m ready to replace my Prius. Thanks Brian and Dan! More

I wanted a new car and my needs were listened to and support I was a bit disappointed that I could not get a new scion as Toyota is not making them anymore, but I did try another car. I was happy that there wa I was a bit disappointed that I could not get a new scion as Toyota is not making them anymore, but I did try another car. I was happy that there was a used Scion. Danny Aurora listened to what I wanted, allowed me the time to weigh out all options and was answered all questions. I went with my husband, but wanted to make my own decision; Danny spent some time with my husband and when I was working out my decision he was attentive and respectful. I have an original Scion and the model has changed in 12 years, and Danny went over all the features of the car. My original scion was bought at Johnston's Toyota and I use the service department for the care of my car. I would not buy a car from anyone who was not respectful and receptive to what I wanted. Danny was absolutely wonderful and I when I want a new car I will be back and I will look for Danny. I will also share my experience with associates that are looking for a new car. Danny Aurora was a great salesman and never once made me feel pressured or neglected. Dan Rosenblum expained everything and shopped around to get me the best APR around.
