What a different type of car buying experience. I was just browsing prices on the web and submitted my information for a price quote on Sunday 1/14. Monday morning I received several calls and e-mail from many dealers in our area, DCH, Newburg, Prestige and Johnston's. When Patti called me from your office, she was very pleasant, no push. I told her I was going to be in Middletown that afternoon. Once again no push. I did visit your office Monday 1/15 around 1:30. I was greeted by Marc and introduced to Patti, both very pleasant. Marc began showing me Tacoma's. All along I didn't feel any pressure or any urgency to push me into buying a truck. Marc showed me and let me drive a few different trucks. I ended up putting a deposit on a pre-owned 2014 Tacoma that I had driven. Marc introduced me to David in finance, once again no pushy sales pitch. I bought this vehicle on Friday 1/18. All cleaned up and ready to go. I met another finance guy, Dan. Again nothing but a pleasant experience. Oh don't let me forget Jake, who filled in because Marc was out on Friday's. Your people and your dealership are the best I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Thank you for the terrific experience and hiring such pleasant people. One last comment. If it weren't for Patti's pleasant demeanor during my first interaction with your company, I would probably not have stopped in that afternoon. I will be sure to recommend your dealership to anyone interested in buying a Toyota. By the way, I use your Subaru location for service on my wife's Forester. I have had a very similar experience using that facility with their service department. More

Outstanding costumer service! On January 15th I leased a 2018 RAV4 LXE from Johnson’s Toyota. Being it was a bank holiday there were some set backs because of other businesses not On January 15th I leased a 2018 RAV4 LXE from Johnson’s Toyota. Being it was a bank holiday there were some set backs because of other businesses not being open. Both Danny (salesmen) and John (finance) were determined that the car was leaving the dealership with me that evening and it was a success! Danny was overly patient and extremely dedicated to my sale.
