Great Experience! I have been dealing with Johnstons Toyota for years. I believe this is my fourth lease. My lease was coming due and my daughter and I went in to che I have been dealing with Johnstons Toyota for years. I believe this is my fourth lease. My lease was coming due and my daughter and I went in to check my options. I did speak with Debbie Dardone prior to set up an appointment. She is always a pleasure to speak with. I was met by Drew Lounsberry who was my previous salesperson. He introduced me to Marc Binford who took over. I had already decided I wanted another Rav4. Marc went over all the new features and I had a test drive. Was impressed as usual. Really like the new features. I had already made up my mind and the decision left was the color. Silver was the color. Marc found one in stock. The next day I went to pick it up. The finance person was ready with all the paperwork. Pretty much sign and drive. Marc went over the vehicle with me again. The Rav4 was ready to go. Clean and spotless. My experience was excellent. Marc really took his time explaining all the new features and told me to call or stop by if I had any additional questions. He is an asset to your team. I just purchased the 2018 Camry SLE and it is a dream car for me. Cindy Lopez, my salesperson was so friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience a pleasurable one. Thank you Cindy. I then received a letter from Toyota Motors explaining that very issue and that they were extending a warranty enhancement. I was happy to see this letter for now I knew the issue at hand. I took it to Johnstons Toyota and they took care of me promptly with a rental and the next day my Rav4 was ready. They for sure have my Business always.
