Being it was a bank holiday there were some set backs because of other businesses not On January 15th I leased a 2018 RAV4 LXE from Johnson’s Toyota. Both Danny (salesmen) and John (finance) were determined that the car was leaving the dealership with me that evening and it was a success! Danny was overly patient and extremely dedicated to my sale. Johnston’s Toyota - professional and friendly I have just leased my third car with Johnstons Toyota all using the salesman Kelvin Guyadeen. He is very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledge I have just leased my third car with Johnstons Toyota all using the salesman Kelvin Guyadeen. He is very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, especially with Toyota’s policies and deals and I feel he always gets me the best price for the car that I want. He is a very effective salesman without being pushy. He uses his knowledge to explain the different vehicles, he listens to what your needs are, and always comes up with the right vehicle with the right accessories. And he makes buying/leasing a car as seamless as possible. Johnstons itself, is also a very good dealership, sending emails and occasional phone calls without being annoying, at all but just informative and helpful. Their service department is the best service department that I have ever dealt with. And I have been driving and having cars repaired automobiles for the last 33 years. Mike and Blair are exceptional in the service department as well as a few others whose names I don’t recall. More
