Awesome experience all around at Johnston’s Toyota! My first contact was with Deb from internet sales who through just a few questions in no time emailed me a link with several cars which matched my nee My first contact was with Deb from internet sales who through just a few questions in no time emailed me a link with several cars which matched my needs. Funny thing happened on the way to the dealer.. driving there my tire blew out on the highway so I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone and stop at Johnstons Toyota service for a new tire. Despite being almost closing time, staff there stayed late and helped me not only replace my tire but I got the tire for free since my tire was less than a year old! I wouldn’t have known this if not for Jennifer Purvis who looked into the situation further for me- great start to my first experience with Johnstons! Completely exhausted at this point I briefly stopped in to the sales department to preview some options which is where I met Brian Luperti who also quickly got to know my needs but did not push me into making any immediate decisions. He is very knowledgeable about Toyota deals and cars and what I appreciated most was that he encouraged me to go home and think on my decision( I appreciated the extra time to decide, I was completely exhausted) This was the first time a dealer did not either dismiss my offer or didn’t try to get me in a contract the same day. I basically told him what I wanted, what I could afford and the next morning Brian and Paul worked out a great deal for me for the car I wanted and for the price I could could afford. I went home that day with my brand new car and I absolutely love it! Lynn wrapped up the sale for me in a very thorough and courteous manner. What a team!! I highly recommend this place! They have a huge selection and are willing sell for reasonable prices! Great experience all around. More

Pleased with my service and purchased I went to Johnston Toyota to have a routine service on my 2014 RAV4 limited. I thought I had almost 60,000 miles on my car. With help of the technic I went to Johnston Toyota to have a routine service on my 2014 RAV4 limited. I thought I had almost 60,000 miles on my car. With help of the technician that checked me in for service, realized I only had 45,000 Miles. My husband and I had talked about me trading my car in but with the higher mileage I didn’t think I would get enough for it. Once I learned i still had less than 50,000 I asked the service department to have someone look at it for a trade in value. I then met CJ Cabral, I was pleased with the trade in value t when we figured the price of the 2018 RAV4 Limited, I did not like the payment. He asked if we could get more for the trade and did another $1000. That sealed the deal for me. W I met with John in Finance I rejected the 72 month term due to the 1.9% interest. That was 1% more than I had been told. Dropped it to 60 month and accepted the new payment and that was still less than what I was paying. Every part of this deal was treated with professionalism and concern for my happiness. I was also able to take advantage of the reimbursement of my service fee due to Toyota’s promotion that was offered at the service checkout desk. More

How nice is it when a Dealer is HONEST. We worked with Danny in Sales; David in Finance and Paul the General Sales Manager. After we we all done, the Owner Steve Jardine came over and introduced himself to us and congratulated us... Johnston’s Toyota was great.... he even showed us the Brand New Builing they just built and it has the BIGGEST TV we’ve ever seen. We will definitely go back there for our next car. More
