We bought the exa We just bought a new 2017 Rav 4 hybrid from Johnston's Toyota and were really pleased with the whole experience from soup to nuts. We bought the exact same car earlier this year from a dealer in NYC and love it so much that we decided to replace our second older car with another RAV4 hybrid. The contrast between the two buying experiences couldn't have been more extreme. The folks at Johnstons were friendly, low-key, very helpful without being pushy, and I felt we were treated honestly and with respect. Plus the whole purchase and pickup experience was quick and painless--each part of the process went smoothly and without delay - we were in and out in less than an hour on both the purchase and pickup days, and our 10 year old happily relaxed in the lounge over hot chocolate using the free WIFI on his I-pad so he didn't complain once! We will be back the next time we buy a new car!! More

Remembered the day, July 4th, when we first visited Toyota Johnstons and arrived 1 hour early as we travelled all the way from Jersey city to look at the car we wanted. Toyota sales was meant to open at 11 and he saw us outside an hour early but then, still he entertained us and showed us the car and of course with a good sales TALK! LOL..... Hence we got the car!!! it all adds up, they were all excellent, from customer service to sales (DON Winner) and finance (Dan Rosenblum) and all other staff whom we did not personally know. WOrth driving that far to have a car! It pays off and they give a good deal and discount on a good quality and durable car!!! LOoking for a car? VIsit Johnston Toyota and look for DON WINNER and surely you will be the winner!!!
