Don is a "WINNER" We went to Johnston Toyota because it is well known in Orange county, NY. The reason we purchased our 2017 Camry is because of Don Winner. I already have a 2004 Corolla with almost 200,000 miles and wanted another Toyota. Corolla? Camry? Decisions, decisions! Don was friendly, patient, knowledbage, and most importantly NOT PUSHY. My cousin was having an operation and I was on my way to Staten Island to be with her. There was an offer for cash and Don made sure I got it. Funds had to be drawn from an annuity fund the deal was finalized over the phone. Never did I feel pressured. We would recommend Don Winner to annoy that wanted to purchase a Toyota. The staff who helped me were extremely friendly and genuine which helped to calm me. The first lease, we worked with Ken Hodge and the second, was Gabriella Ward. Both were fantastic and knowledgeable. I felt they were willing to go the extra mile and that they truly care about the customer. Both times, we worked with Dan Rosenblum for the finacial part and his sense of humor is the best! There were times I laughed so hard I was crying. Not something you would expect when purchasing a car. Can't thank them enough! I'm not only loyal to the Toyota brand but to this dealership as well for their fabulous staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else! More
