Thank you for the feedback regarding your visit. Rotations are free with an oil change, and both your initial installation and cost of your tires were covered by the dealership. Road conditions can affect the way the wheels are balanced and after 7 months and approximately 6,000 miles on the vehicle, a balance is considered suggested maintenance covered by the customer. While some tire shops may offer free balance and rotate for tires purchased there, that is not standard practice at our dealership or any other dealership we're aware of.
