I have been working with this Dealership for over two months trying to get my tire and rims repaired through my warranty . I keep being told , they’re waiting on a call back , it’s been claimed , it’s be months trying to get my tire and rims repaired through my warranty . I keep being told , they’re waiting on a call back , it’s been claimed , it’s been resubmitted and all that .Even done on online Today I called the warranty company myself, they said no claim has been made , I don’t know why they are not telling me truth, but I will not go back to Jones of Humboldt… I’m moving the case to Serra of Jackson , even my oil changes, I have purchased 5 vehicles at Jones in the last 3 years … I will never buy another there again. This has been very disappointing. More

Service manger and the mechanics are absolutely unprofessional and cannot. Cannot even change oil!! Went to pickup my truck after the oil change and found my oil cap reservoir in the parking lot. F unprofessional and cannot. Cannot even change oil!! Went to pickup my truck after the oil change and found my oil cap reservoir in the parking lot. Found my lug nut key on my running boards. Checked under the hood and oil had blown every where on top of my engine. They ladies up front gave me my money back but I had to be aggressive to get that. The service manger got mad at me because I called them all incompetent and he couldn’t handle me being upset about. I haven’t heard a word from the dealership since. Everyone I know as heard about though. It takes months to gain a customer, minutes to lose one. More
