My original appointment was on 21 July @ 15:30. I received a call from the service department, on day of service, asking if I could reschedule for 24 July @15:30 which I agreed to. When I took my vehicle to be serviced on 24 July, I was told it would be 1.5 hours wait for an oil change and tire rotation due to overscheduling. To me, this was excessive, especially since I agreed to move my service to what I thought would be a less busy day and time. I just feel that no consideration was given to me for rescheduling due to overly busy schedule, when I should have been given priority, or at least, service at my scheduled time. More
