I recently utilized Ford mobile service for a battery replacement. Christie Gales not only took care of me with the appointment but worked me into a already booked schedule. John (mobile tech) was able replacement. Christie Gales not only took care of me with the appointment but worked me into a already booked schedule. John (mobile tech) was able to reach my location much earlier in the day which was much appreciated.
