Ben, our salesman, who was great, worked with me from starting the order process for a super duty F250 all they way thru it showing up to the dealer. Still takes some time for the paperwork but Paul and Trampus were patient and walked us through the process answering any questions. We were never pressured to purchase at anytime and felt that our questions were answered thoroughly before we made our purchase. We are very happy with the experience and would highly recommend the dealership, and also giving high praises to Ben, Trampus and Paul. Thank you for a great experience! More

I just traded my beloved 2008 Tundra for a 2025 Tacoma on their used lot. Robert Heins was one the most professional car salesman I've ever dealt with. Don't go outside the Verde Valley to shop for cars. Joes is our hometown dealer that beats most any deal elsewhere -- shop local. I highly recommend Jones Ford. More
