Hello, it is disappointing that Jones is charging "market" adjustments well above MSRP. I understand that other dealerships are gouging customers as well, but that does not make it right. Jones had the opportunity to take the high road, make a solid profit, and generate goodwill with local customers. Unfortunately, Jones missed this opportunity because management chose short-term profit over long-term goodwill and return business.
