After coming to terms on a deal our salesperson asked us if we wanted tire & rim protection for an additional $8.00 per month. I have a 36 month loan so that’s a total of $288.00. When I finally got into the finance office (after waiting almost 2 hours). They had added 1399.00 to our loan for tires and rims. This is not my first car so I knew exactly what amount I was financing and exactly what the monthly payment should be. I’ve had a lot of dealers try to slide things in but to be this blatantly lied to was a whole new low. I made them remove it and i still took the car but I will never purchase another one from them.
