This is painful to type as I’ve been using this shop for many years and have always had great service. This time however has made me realize it’s time to find a new shop. I called when I received the notice many years and have always had great service. This time however has made me realize it’s time to find a new shop. I called when I received the notice of my L87 recall for my 2022 Sierra AT4 to discuss how to proceed. The service guy had no clue what I was talking about and had to look it up which I understand it’s a new issue. He finds the information and tells me that there is no remedy at this time which was expected. He then says it looks like we have the parts coming in this week for the recall on my grill deflector (flew off on the highway 2 months prior) and says would you like to get that scheduled which we did. So far all is well. We scheduled for the following Tuesday which was multiple business days after the parts were to come in. Tuesday morning comes and I leave straight from work and am at the dealer to drop off at 730 am which was the time arranged. This is when it goes bad. I walk in and am greeted by a man named Terry at the service counter. He asks why I am here I said I have an appointment for some recall work scheduled with Chris. Terry looks me up in the system and says we have you down for a front and rear end differential service as well as transmission flush and oil change. I said no that’s not what I’m here for I am here for a grill repair. He looks at me funny and says well your warranty is void if you don’t do these. I then say to Terry no again im just here for a grill repair my oil was just changed and I’m not interested in the other services. At this point Terry knows I’m not buying what he’s trying to sell and is no longer interested in helping me says I’ll have to wait for chris. Chris shows up and says I’ve got you covered and sets up my rental. All papers signed and good to go Chris says we will have you done in a few hours and give you a call. Sounds great. Couple hours go by and Chris called to inform me that they do not have my parts and would need to bring back to rental and schedule for another day. I come back again no Chris only Terry who asks to help. I say I’m just here to pick up my truck and inform him that Chris had taken care of me earlier. He says he will let Chris handle it. 15 minutes go by and no Chris. I asked Terry if maybe he was on lunch and he replied yes I don’t know when he’s coming back. Would have been good information when I walked in before waiting for someone who wasn’t coming. He then realized I’m was getting upset and said what’s your problem man. I said I just want me truck. He then says what’s it here for as if he didnt remember trying to pad his commissions on me as if I had no clue about vehicle’s maintenance. He gets my truck after a few minutes and I see Chris come from the lunchroom. As he sees me he immediately turned around and tucked back in the break room never to be seen again. Before leaving I head to the parts counter to learn that order for my parts had been cancelled a week ago and Chris was well aware that they would not be in. This entire situation and poor review could have been avoided with a simple phone call that for some reason was not made. I have been coming to this dealership since the 1980's. the staff is always friendly and professional. the service department has always kept my car is great shape and the work is always done in a timely the staff is always friendly and professional. the service department has always kept my car is great shape and the work is always done in a timely manner. Before any work has been done to my car I am always told in advance what needs to be done and what the cost will be. Tommy Johnson has been a friendly face and very helpful throughout all the years that I have been coming to the dealership. More

During my last oil change, the shop failed to properly fill my engine with the required 8 quarts, only adding 6. While they did eventually make it right by inspecting the engine and offering a compliment fill my engine with the required 8 quarts, only adding 6. While they did eventually make it right by inspecting the engine and offering a complimentary oil change, the mistake should not have happened in the first place. Additionally, it took several attempts to get a manager to respond—whether by phone, text, or through their online system. The customer service and communication definitely need improvement. More
