Dealer changed price by over $6000. 00 dollars after offer. I was waiting for the car to come in and got an email that the price between the trade in and car I was waiting to be delivere 00 dollars after offer. We were traveling from Michigan to Tennessee, when we had our warning lights come on. We pulled into Joseph Subaru, and they took excellent care of us. We were told when we traded our Chevrolet in for a new forester that our oil changes would be free for life, when we went in for our first service they charged us. After speaking with the service manager forester that our oil changes would be free for life, when we went in for our first service they charged us. After speaking with the service manager they did give us a coupon for one free oil change but we will be charged for all future oil changes. More

Was never even able to test drive - impossible to get an appointment set with them. Sales guy off his meds I am visiting my family in Cincy, and since all PA car dealerships are closed, I thought I would see if it was possible to sell my 2019 Crosstrek here I am visiting my family in Cincy, and since all PA car dealerships are closed, I thought I would see if it was possible to sell my 2019 Crosstrek here. I called once, explained my situation, and was put through to the used car manager, who did not answer the phone. So I tried again an hour later, in the hopes the used car manager was available. Instead I was put through to Mike(?) who proceeded to cut me off and tell me that I am delusional or losing track of the dealership I am calling. He accused me of calling four times, and he had put me through to the used car manager so why was I calling again? Then he accused Me of calling last week and bugging him about this. Granted, I lost my cool and hung up on him, but xxxx, I have never been yelled at my a sales person before. Someone who obviously confused me with another customer but was convinced I had been pestering him for weeks. Seriously? Even if I was a delusional repeat-caller, good sales etiquette suggests you put up with it! So good for you, Mike, you got that off your chest, now take your meds, buddy. Oh, and by the way, you have lost my entire family, who have used your company for years, as customers. More
