We purchased a Highlander from them earlier this month, and it was a very pleasant experience. Most of the negotiations were done over the phone, and although they did not have what we wanted on their lot and it was a very pleasant experience. The salesperson was professional, informative and helpful, friendly, and he explained the pros and cons to any decisions we needed to make. We felt he was very honest, there was no pressure, and when we went to pick the vehicle up, everything was explained to us in a forthright manner. We felt we paid a fair price and would definitely do business with these folks again, even though they are not the closest Toyota dealer to our home. We love these guys!! More
