Had left my car for 90000 mile service. When I came to pick it up there was only 1 overworked woman at the payment desk . Paid my bill and was told my car would be pulled up in bay. Everything seems fine but missed the opportunity to discuss the service. Have had better experience in past visits. I realize that this may be due to staffing issues with COVID and I would not have wanted to have a conversation with a rep not wearing a mask ( no mask seemed to be norm but appreciate plexiglass barriers) More
