BUYER BEWARE! I paid for a brand-new car in full and held up every part of my end of the transaction in good faith. The dealership failed to deliver on the one thing they still had to do to complete the sale: get my title to me. They had 45 days to send my title. It didn’t arrive until day 43 because they mailed it to an address that doesn’t exist, in a city I’ve never lived in. An address that was not on my license or any paperwork I completed. The title itself even contained the wrong address. What frustrated me most wasn’t the mistake, it was the complete lack of accountability. Troy (sales), Andrew (sales manager), and the title clerk never once apologized or acknowledged that this was the dealership’s error. Instead, I was essentially told, “You have it now, go register it.” The passiveness I was met with was astounding. I was promised a call from management that never came. After multiple follow-ups, I still couldn’t get a manager to speak with me. Unacceptable for a $65k purchase. Mistakes happen. Refusing to take ownership of them is what earns this review. More

I went to Joseph Toyota for a roof leak on a Toyota Highlander. They said it would be 1000+ to pull the headliner and find the leak. We agreed. They then said it would be $5000 to replace the seal arou Highlander. They said it would be 1000+ to pull the headliner and find the leak. We agreed. They then said it would be $5000 to replace the seal around the sunroof. We declined. We get home and the seal is now all off the glass on the sunroof and water now pours in. Part of the seal was up in corner as if someone had already messed with the sunroof and then put it back but couldn't get the seal on or even tried. We took it back and they said that yeah you can't replace that seal so that is the cost. We then called as we hadn't authorized them to pull the sunroof and they said they didn't. They didn't impact the seal. I do know that it was the exact area they were working on. ALL the seal is removed and a corner was up. It also now pours water where it didn't before. I don't know if the manager knows the issue or if someone made a mistake and broke the seal and know one knows. But they did not take responsibility as everyone denies touching it. More

We were told that we needed new tires and was putting ourselves in danger driving on them. He gave a Husband a quote $1400+ for you to put them on. We took the car to 2 other places and they laughed. Sai ourselves in danger driving on them. He gave a Husband a quote $1400+ for you to put them on. We took the car to 2 other places and they laughed. Said they would love to sell us some but we don’t need new tires. Also this car was purchased from Joseph and was claimed to have new tires. Thank goodness my Husband didn’t fall for your SCAM. More

Been a customer since 1999 with the purchase of a Corolla. Daughter has been them also for 5 leases over the years from the infamous Larry Reed in new cars. I got another in 2013. Always the best service we could expect. My latest was a replacement passenger side outside mirror. Joey handled it in short order and perfect replacement was done. Couldn’t imagine better service anywhere. Thanks to all in the operation for professional treatment. More
