Hi Justin1, Our service director spoke with you or your husband, and explained that the sensors are behind the bumper, so the bumper has to be fixed before we can fix the alarm sensors. The sensors think that there is an issue because the bumper is not seated correctly after the collusion. Please contact us if you have any other questions or issues! 513-385-1800

Again they should have told me that the day before when I was physically in the shop with my car making an appointment. The brake alert started going off 3 weeks prior to someone rear-ending my car.
