The experience was ultimately fine. I spent a good portion of my day driving back and forth to the dealership because of my car’s behavior AFTER service. But, to their credit, they imme I spent a good portion of my day driving back and forth to the dealership because of my car’s behavior AFTER service. But, to their credit, they immediately put me in a courtesy car, and quickly resolved the issue, which was NOT a result of any fault of theirs. Terrible service worse service ever, car was done about an hour I had to ask where my car was. Then the employee said he called out my daughters name as she brought it in to be served and another customer an hour I had to ask where my car was. They tried to give me the wrong 4 runner. I was told the keys are in the car! I told him that is not my SUV. He didn’t know where mine was located!
