The experience was ultimately fine. I spent a good portion of my day driving back and forth to the dealership because of my car’s behavior AFTER service. But, to their credit, they imme I spent a good portion of my day driving back and forth to the dealership because of my car’s behavior AFTER service. But, to their credit, they immediately put me in a courtesy car, and quickly resolved the issue, which was NOT a result of any fault of theirs. My comment on my visit can be summed up in these 5 words: All’s well that ends well. More
Inspection showed tires were all at 8 and we’ll and then actual inspection with specialist prior to the Toyota team inspecting showed different information. The consistency was very poor. Terrible service worse service ever, car was done about an hour I had to ask where my car was. Then the employee said he called out my daughters name as she brought it in to be served and another customer an hour I had to ask where my car was. Then the employee said he called out my daughters name as she brought it in to be served and another customer even said no he did not come looking for her. They tried to give me the wrong 4 runner. I was told the keys are in the car! I told him that is not my SUV. He didn’t know where mine was located! They ended up servicing the wrong 4 runner I was told the keys are in the car! I told him that is not my SUV. He didn’t know where mine was located! They ended up servicing the wrong 4 runner not mine! Then I had to wait for my vehicle to get serviced for additional 40 minutes. Everyone is always very nice, but giving someone the wrong vehicle is ridiculous. More
