When I came to Northland, even tho they knew I lived 2 hours closer to another VW dealer, everyone treated me as if I lived a block away, not acting like this was a waste of their time. The day I called I got in for an oil change, my old dealer told me it would be five days before I could get in. Overall good experience. I own a late 80's VW that I was sputtering. I dropped it off after work and by the next morning I received a call with the issue identified. They had to order the part but had it sputtering. I dropped it off after work and by the next morning I received a call with the issue identified. Ultimately car purchase was not painful. after car test salesman passed me off to someone else and went to sell a car to someone else. Never saw him again.
