I went in for a 40,000 mile service. If I didn't already own a VW I would buy one after dealing with this service department. The manager looked at the schedule and greeted me by name. The young man making courtesy calls was the most dealing with this service department. The manager looked at the schedule and greeted me by name. The young man making courtesy calls was the most polite person I have heard. When service was done the manager shook my hand and thanked me for the business. Excellent dealer.
