My new car was delivered with a part missing. Trey did not walk me around the car when I picked it up and I felt I was rushed once he had my money. Initially, my wife and I had a negative experience with honda (on the phone) regarding the end of our lease. Long story short, Ryan Unick helped me when I was turning in the vehicle. I also have a finance with Honda and was going to go elsewhere again. After discussing the options with Ryan, I was happy to continue with Honda and move into a newer model civic. I'm in healthcare and recognize good service recovery. Ryan is an asset to your location. He is friendly, funny, and down to earth. I also had the pleasure of working with Matt Stark, who was professional and friendly and assisted me with the final purchasing. Both worked around my schedule and lack of time that week (Busy work week and class).
