I was in New Jersey, visiting family, when my tire light came on. i went to Joyce Honda to have it checked out so that i could drive the 90 miles to home safely. Not only did they check out the problem. wh came on. i went to Joyce Honda to have it checked out so that i could drive the 90 miles to home safely. Not only did they check out the problem. which turned out to be tire pressure due to temperature change, but they also did a quick inspection of other functions. They didn't even charge me. Ken, the service rep, was efficient, professional and nice. All good qualities in service reps. This is why i will buy a Honda again. Way to go Honda ! Barbara Foerster More

My husband & I recently bought a very nice 2018 Honda Accord used car from Joyce Honda. We were looking for a new car, but decided to check out their used car inventory after our son purchased a very nic Accord used car from Joyce Honda. We were looking for a new car, but decided to check out their used car inventory after our son purchased a very nice used car off their lot. The entire transaction went very smoothly. We did a test drive & there was no pressure at all to make a purchase. Dealing with Chris Stark (manager), Roberto Montiel (sales) & Erik Matos from the service dept was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable. They explained & went over everything concerning the car before we decided to buy it. We have been dealing with Joyce for many, many years & we have always purchased new cars from them. This was a differnt experience for us & it could not have turned out any better. We would not go any where else to buy a new or used car. Their service dept. is also excellent as well. We have used them for service for over 20 years. You can't get better customer service in sales or in the service dept. We have always had a positive experience over the years dealing with the Joyce Honda Agency. I give them a 5 Star Rating. More
