The Service Advisor was supposed to call us 13/30/20 when the servicing was completed but Jennifer never did. We also couldn't contact the service department as they did not answer their phone. When I arr the servicing was completed but Jennifer never did. We also couldn't contact the service department as they did not answer their phone. When I arrived to pick up the car the person at the front desk couldn't find the paperwork as Jennifer was off for the day. Then the service department couldn't find the paperwork. Then they couldn't find the remaining coupons. Originally I provided them with 5 pages of coupons. They were very disorganized. I have been using them for over 10 years and have NEVER had this bad service. I am very disappointed More
