Always been helpful, considerate, and when you're getting over an upsetting, bad experience like losing your car, they treat you like family. Service dept does a thorough but fast job and has always been wonderful about explaining things and answering my questions. But the best part? When I desperately needed a car and couldn't get couldn't get anywhere to buy one, they sent a car to pick me up, four towns away! More

Took too Long You required an Appointment for service. I made one for 9AM. I arrived at 8:30AM and handed my keys off around 9AM, which I thought was OK. The work was to replace the front break pads, and I was going to wait. The car was not completed until Noon. Three hours to replace break pads. Very poor showing. Why do you ask for scheduled appointment when the car just gets in line with every car that shows up before me regardless of what time their appointment was. Scheduling apparently means absolutely nothing. More
