Another good experience at Joyce Honda This is the 2nd new Accord I have bought from Joyce Honda. I have been a customer since 1993. I drove 100 miles each way just to buy from them. The buying experience was pleasant and not high pressured. Staff are friendly and courteous. I was pleased with my trade-in and new car price. Cons: Communications is poor. Trouble reaching the sales person, calls not returned, resorted to his cell phone but voice mailbox was full. When asked for his voice mailbox I was transferred to the wrong mailbox after waiting over 6 minutes on hold. Resorted to his email and it got rejected - user does not exist! Called the Sales Manager, left a voicemail message, he never returned the call either. I faxed my financial application and after waiting 4 hours for his confirmation, he said he never got it. Private information floating around in a public place - unacceptable. All in all, considering the poor customer communications, Joyce Honda is still one of the better dealers around. More
