Plus, I asked, and was able to receive and addition $120.00 in Honda parts, AFTER we both agreed on the final price ! I had the very good fortune to deal with Sales Person, David McGrath. David was always quick to return my e-mails and take care of any questions and request that I had. David was also experienced with out of town and out of country transactions and knew what was required to handle this sale. This, of course, made the sale a lot less stressful for myself. David was good enough to pick me up from the airport and after a visit to the dealership I was on my 1,800 mile trip back home. This was our first experience leasing & Joyce Honda with our salesperson Tom Duffy made it so pleasant. We had so many questions and Tom answered them without hesitation. My husband & I both remarked that we had never had such a positive, stress-free experience buying a car/visiting a dealer before. Tom's professionalism & knowledge were apparent from the first handshake. After purchasing the car, Tom was patient with explaining the features of the CRV and even took the time to help me enter my names into the Bluetooth feature on the car, which I love. After making a deal for a 2013 White CRV with navigation, they changed the price at the last minute, 6pm on Saturday night. I was getting .09% financing from Honda and $1,000 in loyalty cash (I've owned 3 H they changed the price at the last minute, 6pm on Saturday night. I was getting .09% financing from Honda and $1,000 in loyalty cash (I've owned 3 Hondas since 2002). I refused to pay the extra money and they told me to go to another dealer, they couldn't do anything about it. The loyalty cash and the .09% financing was going to expire on Monday, 7/8/13, it was now 6pm on Saturday 7/6/13. I thought I had lost the deal. Monday morning I called other dealers and Autosport Honda in Bridgewater had the exact same car, got it ready, did all the paperwork, gave me $1000 loyalty cash and I also got the .09% financing. I will never recommend Joyce Honda to anyone and they should review their shady business practices. More
The adage of Murphy's Law is true: "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong." And for me that was the week of 6/3. My old vehicle reached the end of it's life & I had an absolute plethora of commitments that I either had to be at or get done. And now on top of everything else going on, I had to buy a new car before the old one died. So I can't even put to words how happy it made me that the least stressful event that week was buying my new car from Jennifer Outen at Joyce Honda. Her level of professionalism, customer service & forthrightness reminded me of my company's CDW Sales Rep. She also took personal responsibility ensuring that the minor issues I had with the aftermarket accessories where resolved. In addition to that the overall level of professionalism & service from both the finance & service department was outstanding. I heartily recommend this dealership & if I buy another Honda, plan to purchase it from them. More
