Bought a new car at Joyce Honda. They charged me $1000.00 over sticker price and claim that it is legal and fair. Checked my credit three times when I told them not to that I had a pre approval from my cre over sticker price and claim that it is legal and fair. It was a very sneaky and greedy thing to do to a customer. I found they have false advertising. I will never buy from this company again nor will I recommend to anyone. this time, it was something different. i use to travel 40 miles but now will think twice before stepping in for service. i have spent nearly half the cost of my vehicle in last 10 years, completed with Joyce miles but now will think twice before stepping in for service. i have spent nearly half the cost of my vehicle in last 10 years, completed with Joyce Honda. Till my last visit, i had excellent review because they charged for ONLY required replacement or services. this time parts were for $ 116.00 and labor was $ 258.00..... that's surprising..... if not, then i would be wrong due to the mindset i developed this time. i received recommendation to replace tires which has 5 / 32 depth with a cost of $ 730.00 !!!!! More
